VANCOUVER, CANADA and PARIS, FRANCE, October 24, 2022 – Boostrs, a Paris-headquartered European leader in mapping and matching employee skills in order to deliver HCM solutions, has announced the acquisition of its assets by Visier, the Canada-headquartered globally recognised leader in people analytics with 25,000 customers worldwide. Venero Capital Advisors acted as exclusive financial advisor to Boostrs. The acquisition of Boostrs’ technology enables Visier to provide broader and deeper insights and benchmarks for skills across the talent lifecycle, including in the key areas of Attraction & Retention, Learning & Development, and Compensation. Boostrs’ employees in Paris will form a centre of excellence as a Visier satellite office in France.
Vincent Lebunetel, CEO of Boostrs commented: "We are excited about our future with Visier. By integrating Boostrs' data into Visier, organizations will be able to turn scattered internal and external workforce data into powerful talent intelligence, creating a clear picture of the skills they have – and need – to meet the challenges of an ever-changing world." On the role of Venero Capital Advisors, Mr. Lebunetel added: "Venero has been our trusted partner from the start. George and the team went above and beyond to help us navigate a challenging market and deliver a great result for our employees and shareholders." George Galanopoulos, Partner at Venero, said: "We are delighted to have supported Vincent and his co-founders to originate and deliver this transaction. In Visier, Boostrs has found a great home for their world-class skills capabilities and data engineers."
