AMSTERDAM, Netherlands – November 18, 2025 – Software Combined, an international aggregator of B2B software businesses, has acquired WCC Group, a Netherlands-based provider of advanced workforce and matching technology, from Avedon Capital Partners. Venero Capital Advisors acted as financial advisor to WCC Group and Avedon Capital Partners.
WCC develops data-driven matching software that helps public employment services and workforce organisations connect people to suitable roles at scale, supporting more efficient labour markets and better outcomes for jobseekers and employers alike. The company serves a global client base and is recognised for its expertise in complex, large-scale matching use cases.
The acquisition forms a key step in Software Combined's Benelux growth strategy and adds another specialised, mission-critical solution to its portfolio. It is one of several recent European investments by Software Combined, underscoring the firm's focus on backing resilient, vertical-market software leaders for the long term.
