Jens is an experienced entrepreneur and go-to-market expert with a career-long focus on WorkTech and HRTech SaaS products. He has worked closely with investors, entrepreneurs, HRTech leaders, clients, and partners to improve the candidate, employee, HR, and manager experience through innovative, people-focused products across the entire talent lifecycle.

Jens co-founded PeoplePath, growing it from a start-up into the leading global vendor for corporate alumni and talent relationship management solutions, serving top clients such as SAP, Accenture, and Allen & Overy. At Haufe, the leading vendor for applicant tracking and employee management solutions in the German-speaking market, Jens led all market-oriented and product activities as Managing Director of the business. Today, he advises start-ups, scale-ups, and later-stage businesses, and the investors behind them, on go-to-market and product strategy, as well as corporate finance initiatives such as M&A and capital raising.
