We source capital from institutional investors and family offices with highly flexible capital bases. This allows investments across industries, geographies, capital structures and asset classes. All such investments need to exhibit certain common characteristics that are fundamental to our investors' risk management and portfolio construction philosophy. 

This financing can only be arranged as part of Venero's Pre-Sale Planning and Exit Readiness programme.
