Software Combined has announced its acquisition of WCC Group, a leading Dutch provider of advanced data-matching software solutions for public employment services and staffing organizations. This acquisition represents a significant milestone in Software Combined’s expansion into the Benelux market.
Venero Capital Advisors acted as financial advisor to WCC Group and its shareholder, Avedon Capital Partners.
For WCC Group, the transition to Software Combined’s "permanent capital" model offers a long-term home focused on sustainable growth, preserving the company’s operational independence and unique culture. WCC’s core platform, ELISE Search & Match, will continue to power critical matching processes for major clients globally, including the German Bundesagentur für Arbeit and France Travail.
“We are excited to join the Software Combined family, ” said Jan Jensen, CEO of WCC Group. “What attracts us to Software Combined is their long-term commitment and their proven track record in supporting businesses like ours. They are not a traditional investor; they are building a permanent home for companies that have found their niche and want to grow sustainably. We look forward to leveraging Software Combined’s global presence to expand our reach, while maintaining the quality and innovation our customers expect from us.”
Regarding the role of Venero, Jan Jensen commented: "Venero's exceptional professionalism, market expertise, and structured approach were instrumental in this transaction. Their deep understanding of buyer thinking, combined with their impressive network and unwavering commitment, made them an invaluable partner in finding the right home for WCC."

Georgios Markakis, Managing Partner at Venero Capital Advisors, commented: "We are proud to have advised WCC Group and Avedon Capital Partners on this strategic transaction.
